Rohan Geraghty

From his father's dairy farm in Australia to hospitality in Ireland to real estate in London, Rohan has spent his career in the trenches of everyday operations. He and his wife Laura relocated to the US in 2025 to be closer to family — and to build something of their own. His focus has always been the same: practical results, the people who make them possible, and the customers who depend on them.

Fifteen years at PwC (Strategy&) taught Laura how to solve complex problems — but more importantly, that every great business is built on the trust of its people. A UK-qualified CPA who grew up in Connecticut and spent every summer on the Jersey Shore, she came home to do something that matters more — build and steward a great business of their own.
